Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to compreasre. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and facilities operated by compreasre B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands with registration number N63202536 and VAT number NL95132457B02.

By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and compreasre. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Description of Services

compreasre operates a fine dining restaurant located at Hoofdstraat 250, 3564 LR Utrecht, Netherlands. Our services include:

• Restaurant dining services and food preparation
• Beverage service including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Private dining and event hosting services
• Online reservation system and customer support
• Catering services for special events

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

Reservation Policy

Reservations can be made through our website, by telephone, or in person. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by compreasre.

Reservation Requirements:

• Valid contact information including name, phone number, and email address
• Accurate party size and any special dietary requirements or requests
• Confirmation of reservation within 24 hours of booking

Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full menu price.

We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, equipment failure, or public health requirements.

Payment Terms

Payment for dining services is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. For private events and catering services, advance payment or deposits may be required.

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Service charges and gratuities are at the discretion of the customer. For parties of 8 or more, a service charge of 18% may be automatically added to the bill.

Customer Conduct

We maintain high standards for the comfort and safety of all our guests. Customers are expected to:

• Treat staff and other guests with respect and courtesy
• Follow our dress code and maintain appropriate behaviour
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Respect our property and facilities

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask customers to leave if they engage in disruptive, inappropriate, or illegal behaviour.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Alcohol service is subject to applicable laws and our responsible service policies.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, and software, is the property of compreasre or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without express written permission from compreasre. The compreasre name and logo are trademarks of compreasre B.V.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used by compreasre without compensation or attribution.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, compreasre's liability for any claims arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

compreasre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of our services. Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

We take food allergies and dietary requirements seriously. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when making your reservation and remind your server when ordering.

While we make every effort to accommodate special dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free from allergens due to the nature of our kitchen operations.

Customers with severe allergies dine at their own risk and should consult with our management before ordering.

Force Majeure

compreasre shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or environmental emergencies
• Government actions, regulations, or public health orders
• Labor disputes, strikes, or supplier failures
• Technical failures, power outages, or equipment malfunctions
• Acts of terrorism, war, or civil unrest

In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and provide alternative arrangements where possible.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, our business, or third parties.

You may discontinue use of our services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
